Instructions for the use of the AiP platform “ownvia”

Register in ownvia

In this chapter, you will find a clear step-by-step guide on how to sign up for ownvia. Follow these simple steps to create your ownvia account, choose a plan, and activate AiPs so you can get the most out of the platform
1. Visit the ownvia.app website and click on the “Register” link in the login window.
2. Enter your name, email address, and password. Then click on “Register”.
3. Check your email inbox and click on the “Verify Email Address” link in ownvia’s email.
4. The ownvia dashboard will open, indicating that you don’t have an activated plan yet. Click on “AiP Plans”.
5. Select the plan you want by clicking on “Choose Plan”.
6. For payment, the “Stripe” option is available, which allows card payments in over 70 countries. Click “Continue”.
7. Fill in the required card details and click on “Subscribe to pay”.
8. The dashboard displays a “Thank you” text and informs you that you have successfully subscribed. Click on “ACTIVATE AIPS”.
9. Select the AiPs you want to use in ownvia by clicking on one to activate it.
10. To keep track of everything, go to the dashboard to use the activated AiP.

 

Enable AiP

An AiP, short for ‘Artificial Intelligence Prompt’, represents a groundbreaking component in the world of artificial intelligence. Developed by experienced and competent prompt engineers, an AiP marks the pinnacle of innovation. It is a carefully designed and extensively tested interface that is seamlessly integrated with our ownvia platform. These revolutionary AiPs offer a wide range of functionalities, including text analysis and evaluation, summarizing and describing, checking and text generation, and much more.
1. Open the ownvia menu “My AiPs”.
2. Use the filter function to find the AiP you want.
3. Click on the AiP you want to activate.
4. After clicking on the AiP, it will be activated.
5. Go to the dashboard to use the enabled AiP.

 

Request a private AiP

ownvia provides a dynamic platform that enables both public and private AiPs. While public AiPs are available to all platform users, private AiPs are specifically developed and made available to you individually. The unique advantage of this is that private AiPs are developed in the shortest possible time and can be made available effortlessly via the ownvia platform. This opens up the possibility for any company to seamlessly integrate a customized AI tool into their processes. You have the option to request private AiPs via the green button on your dashboard. In this chapter, you will learn how to request a private AiP and what steps are required to use ownvia’s full potential.
1. Open the dashboard menu.
2. Click on the green button “Apply for a new AiP”.
3. Fill out the form and describe in detail what type of AiP you need.
4. Submit the request.
5. Our team will review your request and prepare a quote for the implementation of the private AiP.
6. You can selectively share the AiP with other ownvia users. These users will be queried by the ownvia team when placing an order.

 

Download invoices

In ownvia, we have integrated Stripe for the billing of user fees. Stripe enables secure payments in over 70 countries worldwide and is widely used in modern SaaS platforms such as ownvia. At ownvia, you as a user can easily view your invoices via your profile at any time and download them if necessary. In this chapter, we will show you step by step how you can do this easily.
1. Open the User Profile menu.
2. In the package information, you will find a link to the “Billing Portal”. Click on this link.
3. You will be taken directly to the billing portal. Scroll down the page.
4. Under the “Invoice History” section, all invoices issued so far are displayed.
5. Click on the “Show invoice” icon.
6. You will be offered the option to download a payment receipt or invoice as a PDF file.

 

Change Package

In ownvia, you have the option to change the package you have chosen at any time. You can easily do this through your user profile by clicking on the “Change Package” link. As soon as you click on this link, an ad will open with all the available packages. If you decide on a new package and click on “Choose Package”, the whole process will be handled automatically. Your user account will be assigned to the new package, the calls included in the package will be assigned, and the invoice for the new package will be automatically generated.
It is important to note that a new package becomes valid immediately after the changeover. If you still have unused requests from the previous package, they expire irrevocably. In this chapter, you will learn how to successfully change your package and what steps to follow.
1. Open the User Profile menu.
2. In the package information, you will find a link to “Change Package”. Click on this link.
3. You will be taken directly to the “Buy AiP Package” page.
4. Select your desired package by clicking on “Choose package”.
5. The package will be assigned to your user, an invoice will be generated, and you can start using it right away.

 

Cancel Package

If you want to cancel your ownvia package, it’s a straightforward process. Simply go to the billing portal in your user profile and click on the “Cancel Plan” button. In this way, you can use the remaining requests (calls) in the period that is still valid and paid. Once this period has ended, you will still be able to log in to ownvia, but you will no longer be able to use AiPs.
In this chapter, you will learn how to successfully cancel your ownvia package and what steps you need to follow.
1. Open your user profile.
2. Click on the “Billing Portal” link. You will be taken directly to the “Current Plan” page.
3. In the upper right corner of the page is the “Cancel Plan” button.
4. Click this button to cancel your subscription.
