With the new “Enable web search” feature, users can automatically use websites as a source of knowledge.

Extended tag management, including placeholder tags
We now display tags directly within ownvia. In addition, users can manage tags centrally within the platform.
We also support placeholder tags. This helps teams maintain better control over structured content and technical documents.

Support for Adobe InDesign via XLIFF
ownvia now also supports the direct import and export of Adobe InDesign via XLIFF files.
This makes it much easier for companies to integrate layout-based content into existing translation workflows. At the same time, manual intermediate steps and additional workarounds are reduced.
Intelligent document search
We have fundamentally expanded and optimised document search.
Users can now search content more quickly and precisely, including within larger documents. The new navigation also makes it easier to work with matches and relevant content.
This enables teams to find important information much more efficiently.
Enhanced “Find and replace” feature
We have also significantly enhanced the “Find and replace” feature.
Users can now review individual matches selectively, edit content in a controlled manner and confirm changes step by step. This allows teams to replace content more safely and transparently, without having to make global changes immediately.
This feature significantly improves control within AI-powered translation processes, particularly for larger documents or sensitive content.
Excel export for source and target texts
Users can now export source and target texts directly to Excel.
This simplifies external reviews, coordination and comparisons. This feature provides teams and customers with additional flexibility, particularly during review and approval processes.
Enhanced delivery emails and more flexible download permissions
We have also enhanced the delivery process.
When sending translations, users can now also enter a customised subject line. This makes it easier for teams to assign deliveries to projects, tasks or customer processes.
In addition, all users within a ownvia Enterprise environment can now open the relevant download links, provided they have access to the link. This makes internal collaboration much more flexible.
